When you submit a support, it is helpful that you include screenshot(s) and/or small film as well as a brief description of what you are doing. In that way we can find and fix the error much more easily and faster.
When the error is fixed, you will always receive a notification from support.
When we fix right away, it may be necessary for you to clear cookies (once more!), before the bug fix takes effect in your browser.
